Job Overview:

-Degree in Arch/Civil Engineering
-Min 7 years relevant and similar capacity in planning.
-Technically strong in project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
-Knowledge in the use of MS Project and Primavera Scheduling
-Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous
-Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills.
-Mature, proactive, resourceful, and hands-on with good initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

-Create & follow up and update the time schedules for New & ongoing projects
-Report any deviation from the time plan to the department & project manager
-Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure
-including verifying and checking invoices
-Provide planning and cost-controlling support for all projects which
-includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to
-preparation of Invoices processes, etc.
-Prepare monthly movement reports for the monitoring of the project
activities on a daily basis promptly to the project manager and management.
-Perform project costing-related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
-Prepare cost control weekly sheets.
-Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.
-Support & train others in his team.
